About Me
Hello! This is Namrata!
"I have a keen interest in understanding human behavior, which has been a consistent thread throughout my professional journey—shaping my experiences across education, research, and design. Each chapter of my career has influenced how I approach problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration, all while aligning with business needs. Here's how it all unfolded."

My Story
Chapter 1
The Early Explorations
Curiosity has always been my driving force. As a child, I found myself drawn to learning in every form—constantly questioning, exploring, and absorbing everything around me. My interests were vast and ever-changing, from science experiments and literature to understanding how things worked beneath the surface.
This curiosity naturally led me to education, where I thrived in roles that allowed me to create meaningful learning experiences. Whether developing strategic programs or improving educational processes, I found joy in solving complex challenges. I wanted to understand not just what people learned but how they learned—and more importantly, how to make that experience better.
Chapter 2
Teaching & The Psychology of Learning
Teaching was where I truly discovered the power of user experience. Standing in front of a classroom, I witnessed firsthand how engagement fluctuated based on how information was presented. A concept that seemed simple to me could be confusing to students if not structured intuitively. I experimented with different teaching methods, refined lesson plans based on student feedback, and constantly adapted to make learning more accessible and engaging.
My interest in human psychology, combined with the need to understand behavior as part of my teaching role, gave me an added perspective—I was fascinated by cognitive processes, memory retention, and motivation. Why did certain explanations resonate while others didn’t? How could I make learning feel effortless and engaging? Understanding human behavior, attention spans, and decision-making patterns became central to my approach, shaping how I designed learning experiences that were both effective and intuitive.
Chapter 3
Linguistics, Communication & AI
My passion for language and communication eventually led me to explore linguistics, which further deepened my understanding of how people interact—not just with each other, but also with technology. I studied how language shapes thought, how meaning is constructed, and how small nuances can completely change interpretation.
This foundation became invaluable in my current role, where I refine AI-driven interactions to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and accessibility. Whether analyzing conversational patterns or optimizing digital communication, my background in linguistics allows me to craft experiences that feel natural and intuitive. Just as in teaching, the goal remains the same: to bridge gaps in understanding and create seamless, meaningful interactions.
Chapter 4
The Education Strategy and Operations Awakening
For years, I had been working within systems—supporting children, guiding educators, and contributing to programs designed to improve learning outcomes/KPIs. Alongside this, I found myself naturally drawn to identifying gaps, questioning processes, and improving how things worked, whether in classrooms, teams, or organisational systems.
Over time, I realised I wasn’t just participating in these environments, I was actively shaping them.
My transition into operations management gave me a language for what I had already been doing intuitively. It connected my experience in education with a more structured way of thinking about people, systems, and outcomes. I began to approach challenges not just as isolated issues to solve, but as part of larger ecosystems that required thoughtful design, alignment, and continuous improvement.
